I am particularly fascinated by the sensual, yet simple form the pear represents. In my work, I am attracted to both figurative and abstract forms. For me,
Bronze
Pear incorporates both artistic elements.
Originally carved in stone, I saw it as such a beautiful form in nature, I believed it would translate well into bronze. It has been given another life.
